Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Vazura LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of the RapidViz website (https://rapidviz.ai), application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

Important Disclaimer This Service utilizes experimental Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or copyright ownership of any AI-generated outputs.

Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, organization name, and billing details provided during registration.
  • User Content (Inputs): You provide us with data to generate visual assets. This includes uploaded images, 360-degree animations, video files, text prompts, and specific configuration parameters.
  • Generated Content: We collect and store the images and data generated by the AI models based on your inputs.
  • Feedback & Support: Content of messages you send to us for customer support.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • Usage Data: Details on how you use the RapidViz interface, including feature usage and error logs.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to manage sessions and store user preferences.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  1. To Provide the Service: Processing your prompts and uploaded files to generate images via AI APIs.
  2. Storage & Retrieval: We store your prompts, input images, and generated outputs on RapidViz servers and databases. This is necessary to allow you to view history, combine generated images, and perform fine-tuning/modifications. For Paid and Enterprise accounts, User Content is NOT used to train or improve our third-party AI models (Google Gemini) publicly (See Section 4.1 for verification).
  3. Service Improvement: Analyzing usage to improve the RapidViz platform.
  4. Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws and enforcing our Terms of Service.

Use of Third-Party AI Services

The core functionality of RapidViz relies on third-party Artificial Intelligence providers. By using the Service, you strictly acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data (including uploaded images and prompts) to the following third-party provider:

4.1 Google (Gemini)

We utilize Google’s Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview AI API and related models for image understanding and generation. Your data is processed in accordance with Google’s policies. Vazura utilizes the paid, enterprise-tier Gemini API, which ensures that your input data is not used by Google to train their foundation models.

You acknowledge that Google may update their Terms of Service or Privacy Policy at any time without notice to Vazura LLC. We encourage you to review Google’s policies independently and regularly. Vazura LLC is not responsible for discrepancies arising from recent changes to third-party terms that have not yet been reflected in this document.

Third-Party Liability Vazura LLC acts solely as an interface for these tools. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the data handling practices, security, privacy policies, or content generated by Google. You use these third-party integrations at your own risk.

Data Retention & User Control

We believe in giving you control over your creative assets while remaining transparent about technical limitations regarding third-party processors.

5.1 Your Control on RapidViz

You maintain control over your User Content on the platform, but please note that RapidViz is not a permanent archive. We reserve the right to delete your data at any time for any reason. You may delete, modify, or manage your projects through the Service, but you are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your creations locally.

5.2 Limitation of Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

If you request the deletion of your personal data or User Content (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA):

  • Vazura Actions: We will permanently delete your account, prompts, uploaded images, and generated assets from Vazura’s direct databases and hosting buckets.
  • Third-Party Limitations: You acknowledge that once data is transmitted to our AI providers (Google), its retention is governed by their respective policies. While we delete your content from our systems immediately upon request, we cannot technically force the instantaneous erasure of data from third-party backup or safety-monitoring logs.

Disclosure of Data

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors (hosting, payment processors, AI providers named above) to operate the Service.
  • Business Transfers: If Vazura LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect the safety of our users and the public.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data on our servers (e.g., secure databases, encryption). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your uploaded images or generated content.

International Data Transfers

RapidViz operates in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S. and potentially other jurisdictions where our AI providers operate servers. For Enterprise Users in the EEA/Switzerland, such transfers are governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vazura LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any AI-generated content; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
